Thanks for visiting our site! We are a property management company based in Ayamonte in the southwest corner of Spain. We take care of holiday homes both in our local area and across the border into the Algarve. Most of our clients own homes within a 20 minute drive from our base.
We are not a holiday rental company and simply dedicate most of our time to the maintenance of gardens, swimming pools and buildings……. and to looking after our clients too!
Since starting the business in 2001 we have gained lots of practical experience and have both the in house skills and local contacts to undertake and manage a wide range of projects.
